Preparation time:

15 minutes

1 large can tuna, drained and squeezed dry

1 8 ounce package cream cheese

1 medium onion, finely chopped

cup celery, finely chopped

juice of lemon

1 teaspoon seasoned salt

1 teaspoon garlic salt

cup parsley, very finely chopped

cup pecans, very finely chopped

Combine tuna, cream cheese, onion, celery, lemon juice, and seasonings.  Mix very well.  Combine parsley and pecans; sprinkle in a rectangle on a sheet of plastic wrap.  Roll tuna in a log shape over the parsley/pecan mixture until evenly coated.  Chill several hours or overnight.  Serve with crackers.

Great made with light cream cheese and water-packed tuna.  Wonderful as a bagel spread!
