Sweet/Sour Meatballs

Crock Pot Sweet and Sour Meatballs

Preparation time:

10 minutes prep; 4-8 hours cooking


1 6oz can tomato paste
1/4 cup water
1 16oz can crushed pineapple
1/2 cup cider vinegar
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1/4 c chopped onion
1/4 c brown sugar
1 Tbsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
1 lb frozen meatballs (about 26 meatlballs) Meijer brand is good
2 Tbsp soy sauce
2 Tbsp ketchup


Combine all ingredients in crock pot.  Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or
on high for 4 hours.  Stir once or twice during cooking.
