Christmas Prime Rib

Preparation time:

2 hours +

Ingredients:

1 prime rib

oil

garlic

rosemary

Directions:

Place giant hunk omeat in large roasting pan; rub with oil, then garlic and rosemary.  Incinerate for 10 minutes at 500F, then reduce heat and continue cooking at 325F for 2 hours or until meat thermometer registers 145F for rare (or to desired doneness).
