Peachy Barbecue Sauce

Preparation time:

5 minutes

Ingredients:

1 16 oz. can sliced peaches in juice, drained

cup packed brown sugar

cup vinegar

1/3 cup catsup

2 tablespoons soy sauce

teaspoon fresh ginger 

teaspoon garlic

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a blender.  Blend on high until pureed.  Marinate (whatever) 3 hours or overnight.  Use leftover sauce to baste while grilling.
