Overnight French Toast

 Overnight French Toast

Preparation time:



French Bread, cut into 8 thick slices

5 eggs

Cup milk

baking powder

1 tablespoon vanilla



Mix eggs, milk, baking powder & vanilla. Place bread slices in bottom of a 9 X 12 pan. Pour egg mixture over the bread and refrigerate overnight. In the morning, carefully remove the soaked bread. Then  combine 1 20 oz. Bag frozen strawberries, 4 ripe, sliced bananas, 1 Cup sugar and 1 tablespoon apple pie spice. Put in the 9 X 12 pan. Top with prepared bread. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.

Bake in 450 degree oven for 20-25 min.
