Pineapple Garlic Pork Chops
prep; 15 minutes cooking
pork chops, or two pork tenderloins (halved and butterflied)
unsweetened pineapple juice
2/3 cup dry sherry
½ teaspoon rosemary
1 clove garlic
all ingredients except chops; mix well. Place chops in a zip-lock bag (or
shallow dish); pour marinade over; cover and refrigerate overnight. Remove
chops from marinade, grill or broil 5 inches from heat, 4-5 minutes per side
or until done.
