Grilled Salmon with Orange Glaze

Preparation time:

15 minutes

Ingredients:

cup orange marmalade

2 teaspoons soy sauce

1 teaspoon sesame oil

teaspoon fresh ginger (grated) from the jar is fine

1 garlic clove, crushed (ditto)

3 tablespoons white vinegar (or red wine vinegar)

1 pound boneless, skinless salmon cut in 4 pieces

6 thinly sliced scallions with some green

2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds

Directions:

Combine marmalade, oil, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and vinegar.  Heat grill.  Brush orange glaze on each side of salmon and grill for about 5 minutes each side.  Top with scallions and sesame seeds and serve.
