 Northpeak Restaurant Cheese Cherry Pecan Dip

Ingredients:

1 lb. Cream cheese

l lb. Gorgonzola cheese

Cup Ale

1 Cup pecans, toasted and chopped

Cup dried cherries chopped

Directions:

Cream cheeses and ale and stir in pecans and cherries.

Serve with crackers. It can be re-refrigerated and used again.
