Barb’s Banana Slush Punch

Enough – double for a classic drunken bash…

Preparation time:

10 minutes plus freezing time


1 ˝ cups water

˝ cups sugar

6 oz. can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed

6 oz. can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed

1 ˝ cups pineapple juice

1 tablespoon lemon juice

3-4 pureed ripe bananas

2 cups vodka


Heat and stir sugar in water until dissolved; cool. Puree bananas in blender; add juices, sugar/water mixture, and vodka. Freeze (will be slushy and scoopable, not frozen solid). Scoop into glasses – fill half full. Top with club soda, stir to mix.
